    Chloé Dungelhoeff

    FOUNDER

    I founded Change & Shine to bring together what I’ve lived, learned and led across 20+ years of experience in communication, leadership, and organisational change.

    Throughout my career, I’ve worked within executive teams, advised boards, supported large-scale transformations .
    I’ve led communication departments, facilitated cultural shifts, navigated crises, trained teams and walked alongside people at all levels of the organisation — from CEOs to field teams.

    But above all, I’ve come to believe this:
    Sustainable transformation happens when we align what we say, how we lead, and what we build — with who we are.

    Change & Shine is the expression of that conviction.

    My work is grounded in systemics, ACT (Acceptance and Commitment Therapy), and human-centered transformation practices. I’m certified in ICF coaching and PROSCI change management, trained in skills assessment, burnout prevention, systemic constellations, and the Inner Development Goals. I speak French, English and Dutch, and navigate complexity with clarity and care.

    I am passionate about movement and inner alignment. I find energy and balance in pilates, yoga, walking in nature and reading. Curious by nature, I love to ask questions, learn, and explore how people and systems connect and evolve.

    Today, I lead Change & Shine alongside a trusted network of experienced partners. Together, we work across sectors and systems — with one shared intention:
