I’m a senior advisor to Boards, CEOs and Executive Committees, and I’ve spent more than 20 years working at the intersection of governance, organisational transformation, leadership and strategic communication.
Throughout my career, I’ve accompanied organisations in moments of transition – sometimes chosen, sometimes imposed – helping them align structure, culture, communication and people. I’ve worked within executive teams, advised boards, navigated crises, built communication functions, facilitated cultural shifts, and coached leaders and teams at every level of an organisation.
What guides me is simple:
Sustainable transformation becomes possible when what we say, how we lead and what we build are aligned with who we are.
I founded Change & Shine as the expression of that conviction.
My approach is rooted in systemics, ACT (Acceptance & Commitment Therapy), ICF-certified coaching, PROSCI change management, trauma-informed leadership, burnout prevention, systemic constellations and the Inner Development Goals.
I work in French, English and Dutch, and I try to bring clarity, depth and care into spaces that are often complex, uncertain or emotionally charged.

Beyond my work, I find energy in movement, nature, pilates reformer, yoga, walking, and reading. Curiosity is my compass: I love exploring how people, teams and systems evolve, learn and reconnect to what makes sense.

Albin wantier – storyteller
With more than 20 years of expertise in various Communication roles, I advise my clients and craft innovative narratives to reach their key objectives. My range of services covers strategic communication, PR, crisis and reputation management, copywriting and media training. Recently I have built dedicated training programs for Communication leaders who need to master the use of AI in their business. I’m also trilingual: French, Dutch and English.
Fun fact #1: my doctor can testify that I’m allergic to one-size-fits-all storytelling.
Fun fact #2: I am also a certified expert of personal financial planning, but that’s another story.
