I’m a senior advisor to Boards, CEOs and Executive Committees, and I’ve spent more than 20 years working at the intersection of governance, organisational transformation, leadership and strategic communication.

Throughout my career, I’ve accompanied organisations in moments of transition – sometimes chosen, sometimes imposed – helping them align structure, culture, communication and people. I’ve worked within executive teams, advised boards, navigated crises, built communication functions, facilitated cultural shifts, and coached leaders and teams at every level of an organisation.

What guides me is simple:
Sustainable transformation becomes possible when what we say, how we lead and what we build are aligned with who we are.

I founded Change & Shine as the expression of that conviction.

My approach is rooted in systemics, ICF-certified coaching, ACT (Acceptance & Commitment Therapy), PROSCI change management, trauma-informed leadership, burnout prevention, systemic constellations and the Inner Development Goals.
I work in French, English and Dutch, and I try to bring clarity, depth and care into spaces that are often complex, uncertain or emotionally charged.

I see transformation as a movement: human, relational, systemic.
It starts inside – in how we think, how we relate, and how we show up – long before it becomes structure or strategy.

Beyond my work, I find energy in movement, nature, meditation, learning and reading. Curiosity is my compass: I love exploring how people, teams and systems evolve, learn and reconnect to what makes sense.

Today, I lead Change & Shine alongside a network of experienced partners.
Together, we support organisations that want to grow with coherence, responsibility and meaning – in a way that respects both people and the living world.

With 22 years of professional experience and a strong passion for business development, I have been dedicating my expertise for the past 7 years as a facilitator of strategic, operational, and human transformation – working with organizations of all sizes and across sectors.

I am a woman of action – dynamic, positive, and results-oriented – naturally bringing people together with ease and authenticity.

Resilient and pragmatic, I quickly grasp the concrete functioning and the culture of an organization. I adapt my leadership and communication style to each person I work with. My greatest joy and sense of fulfillment come when individuals and organizations move forward, aligned with their purpose.

RUDY COENEN

As a Communication Consultant with over 20 years’ experience, I help organisations turn communication into a genuine strategic advantage.

I work with teams and leaders to ensure every project, campaign, and message is purposeful and effective.
My approach blends strategic insight, human-centred leadership, and practical solutions that deliver measurable results.

Whether an organisation is facing growth challenges, major change, or a team that needs fresh momentum, I focus on what works in practice and creates lasting impact.

Drawing on my coaching certification (ROOT© + GROW© – Training & Coaching Square) and hands-on experience, I align teams, build trust, and channel collective energy into clear, workable actions. I support organisations through internal and corporate communication strategy, project and team leadership, transformation and growth support, coaching for
communicators and managers, and copywriting that genuinely connects.
I partner with organisations where people matter and where impact is measured in concrete terms.

I work in French, Dutch, and English, on-site or remotely, always adapting to the organisation’s culture and needs.

Albin wantier – storyteller

With more than 20 years of expertise in various Communication roles, I advise my clients and craft innovative narratives to reach their key objectives. My range of services covers strategic communication, PR, crisis and reputation management, copywriting and media training. Recently I have built dedicated training programs for Communication leaders who need to master the use of AI in their business. I’m also trilingual: French, Dutch and English.

Fun fact #1: my doctor can testify that I’m allergic to one-size-fits-all storytelling.
